ABOUT Dr. MOHAN PARAMESWARAN
Dr Mohan, served 26 years in manufacturing and process industries; in private as well as public sector; with products ranging from manufacturing of fighter aircrafts in aviation industry to power generation industry to consumables goods industry to pharmaceuticals industry.
He was Director in a Pharmaceutical Company with German Collaborators before he set up his own consultancy ‘WARANS’ took up consultancy in the field of ‘Lean Management’ with ‘Kaizen Institute’ founded by Sensei Maasaki Imai and subsequently with ' Kanzen Institute Asia Pacific Pvt Ltd’.
- Received Intensive/Extensive training in “ Management” in University of HULL ,UK
- Trained in Rolls Royce, Bristol, UK in field of TQM/ZERO DEFECT
- Trained by Nikerien in Japanese Management. Tokyo , Japan
- Trained expert in “ Total Productive Maintenance”(TPM) at ‘Kaizen Institute College’,Germany .
- Certified TPM Facilator by TPM –Club: CII
- Certified ‘ Green Belt’ in “ Six Sigma”
- Senior Member of National Council For Quality Management
- Grade ‘A’ ‘Lean Management Consultant’ in the directory compiled by Quality Council of India ( QCI ) for MSME- GOI.
- Clinical Member in “ Transactional Analysis". Expert in Individual & Group Mentoring/Counselling.
